Kaiya + Drew’s Greece elopement day cruise!

Everything about this trip to Greece was honestly such a dream. I am thrilled I can finally share this gallery with you. This was my first time visiting Greece, which was incredible on its own, but I also got to share the experience with the most amazing people. Chris came with me because, of course! We flew into Athens, then to Santorini, where we spent the week. Then, to round out the trip, we spent a few days in Athens before we flew home.

In addition to sharing this trip with Chris, I loved the time we spent with Drew and Kaiya. This bride and groom have genuinely become so much more than clients to me throughout our time together. I initially knew Drew from high school and met Kaiya when I shot their engagement photos in North Bend, Washington. These two are such a sweet couple that it felt like I was hanging out with friends the whole time I was working with them.

While they primarily booked me for their elopement later in the day, Drew and Kaiya also wanted me to document this Greece elopement day cruise. So, Chris and I rode along with them on their pre-elopement Aegean sailing cruise. The boat was a stunning setting for some fun, relaxed portraits. We also got to eat a delicious lunch on the boat and swim in the Aegean Sea. Plus, Chris and Drew really bonded and struck up a friendship, which was such a bonus. Overall, it was a unique, relaxing experience and a fantastic way to begin Drew and Kaiya’s elopement day!
