This Whidbey Island couple session is part two of my first ever content day! I held my content day at Ebey’s Landing on Whidbey Island. You can read more about the planning and see the elopement photos here!

The casual couple session portion of this day was an actual dream. Fun fact – I went to high school with Mia! So it had been years since I had seen her. But that is how I found her and Leon! One day scrolling on Instagram and saw her post about her and Leon and I was like “wow they are so cute.” So naturally I reached out! Months later I asked them to model for my content day, they said yes!

They were both so easy going and down for anything. I worked closely with Taylor and Jane of Aisle1 to put together their outfits and overall style we were going for. Most of what they wore was either from their closet or from Zara, my favorite shop aka my best friend. I wanted the first outfit to be pretty casual and for the second outfit to be a little bit nicer, but not too formal either. I think the question Mia and Leon got asked most throughout the whole day was “are you sure you two haven’t modeled before?” Because they were seriously such naturals! I still do not believe it honestly. Zo and Co styling also did amazing on hair and makeup. Super soft and subtle makeup, emphasizing her natural beautiful. And her hair, seriously so incredible stunning.

This Whidbey Island couple session and whole day came together so perfectly, I cannot get enough. I am so thankful for each and every person that was there and made this day happen. I cannot express my gratitude enough.
